TSS Virtual Meeting Between Mr. Susanta Mandal and Joydeb Bisoy

The Mukti Talented Student Sponsorship (TSS) team recently organized a virtual meeting between Mr. Susanta Mandal and his sponsored student, Joydeb Bisoy, on June 9th, 2023. The primary objective of these meetings is to strengthen the bond between sponsors and students. On one hand, sponsors gain insight into the progress of their sponsored students, and on the other hand, students have the opportunity to receive guidance and inspiration regarding their career goals from their sponsors.

Mukti extends its sincere gratitude to Mr. Susanta Mandal for generously sponsoring Joydeb’s education. Mr. Mandal holds a BTech in Ceramic Technology from the Government College of Engineering & Ceramic Technology and currently serves as the Assistant General Manager – Marketing at IFGL Refractories Limited in Kolkata. He has been associated with Mukti since the current academic year and is sponsoring Joydeb, a student from the general category.

Joydeb is currently in Class XII at Vidyasaagar Viddapeeth and will be appearing for the HS examination in the upcoming academic year of 2023-24. He resides with his parents in Bulanpur, located in the Paschim Medinipur district of West Bengal. Framing is the sole source of income for his family, and his parents work tirelessly in the fields to ensure that Joydeb can focus on his studies. Despite coming from a low-income background, his parents wholeheartedly support his academic pursuits. With great hope, Joydeb applied to the Mukti TSS for sponsorship and was fortunate enough to be selected by Mr. Mandal.

During their meeting, Mr. Mandal expressed his curiosity about Joydeb’s academic progress and inquired about any difficulties he might be facing. He also showed interest in learning about Joydeb’s plans for his future career. Joydeb, who is determined to pursue engineering, revealed his unwavering commitment to the field. He expressed his resolve to continue trying even if he faces initial setbacks, demonstrating his resilience and determination. Mr. Mandal commended Joydeb’s willpower and assured him of his full support. In return, Joydeb expressed his gratitude to Mr. Mandal for his sponsorship and mentorship.
