Her achievement thorough the activity of SHG:
Urmila Naskar is a member of MUKTI Swambhar Gosti. As a group member, she has to deposit Rs. 50 every month in the bank account of this group. With this recurring deposit, she is now able to create her own fund as well as can contribute to group fund. Through a collective decision making process, this accumulated fund, they may use as a loan in case of emergency, based on their need. In addition, she has largely benefited from the ongoing Coconut project initiated by MUKTI, which gave her an opportunity to engage as a labor and at the same time to earn some extra money.
Interest free loan from MUKTI for income generation program: As a member, Urmila received Rs. 5000 interest free loan for bird firming. Initially, in the year 2010, she started the business with 40 birds. At present, by selling 40-45 birds in each month she can generate Rs. 3000-3200 monthly income.
Comments and future expectations:
She is greatly satisfied with her existing business on production of bird. She is expecting that in future MUKTI will come forward to extend the loan facility once more to expand and strengthen her business. She realizes that MUKTI gave her courage, strength to increase her earning, with which she can support her children for their study as well as to fulfill her other day to day requirements.

Her achievement thorough the activity of SHG: Debi Naskar is a member of MUKTI Swambhar Gosti. As a group member, she has to deposit Rs. 50 every month in the bank account of this group. With this monthly deposit, she is now able to create her own fund as well as can contribute to group fund. With a collective decision making process, the generated fund, they may use as a loan in case of emergency, based on their need. Moreover, she has largely benefitted from the current Coconut project by MUKTI, which gave her an opportunity to involve as a labor and at the same time to get some additional income.

Comments and future expectations: Debi is now greatly satisfied with her existing business on production of bird. She is very much enthusiastic, that in future MUKTI will come forward to extend the loan facility once more, to expand and strengthen her business. She feels that MUKTI gave her courage, tenacity to increase her earning capacity, with which now she can support her children for their study as well as to fulfill her other daily necessities. She is extremely hopeful that, with the helping hand of MUKTI, she can raise her children properly and can give them a better tomorrow.
