The training was graced by the presence of Mr. Madhusudan Bairagi – a trustee member of Mukti, along with Mr. Subrata Naskar – the trainer and Mr. Bidyut Sampui – the project coordinator of Bagnan Kishalaya School. The training program received valuable support from “Geo Nutri Foods Pvt. Ltd.,” showcasing their commitment to the development of education and the empowerment of teachers.
The focal point of this training session was centered on effectively engaging children in their studies through play. These techniques included methods like sand tracing, using sandpaper, and incorporating play. Furthermore, the training covered methods for teaching addition and subtraction using colourful papers, sticks, flowers, and other visual aids, making the learning of numbers more accessible. Another crucial aspect of the training emphasized the growth and development of children, which are vital for their overall upbringing, and it highlighted the joint responsibility of teachers and guardians.
The techniques shared during this training have proven to be highly beneficial for both teachers and parents in fostering children’s interest in learning. The attendees expressed their sincere gratitude to Mukti for organizing this training program, acknowledging the valuable knowledge and skills they gained from it.
