Mukti and Geo Nutri Foods Pvt. Ltd. Organizes Medical Camp at Bagnan
Mukti organised a free medical checkup camp with support from Geo Nutri Foods Private Limited under their CSR initiative on 23rd February 2023, at Nazrul Islam MSK School, Narkeldanga, Bagnan, Howrah. Dr. Amitabha Bhattacharya (MBBS), Mr. Arun Bag (Assistant) and Ms. SonamonBasu(Program Manager for Mukti’s health wing) were present at the camp.
The aim of the camp was to cater to the basic medical needs of the underserved inhabitants of the locality. 46 patients availed of the services at the camp, which was conducted from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The doctor examined the weight and blood pressure of the patients and provided free medicines based on the diagnosis. Doctors also provided free consultations to patients based on their ailments.
The camp was successfully organised under the guidance of Mr.BidyutSanpui (Project Coordinator, Mukti), Mr. Atanu Ghosal (Mukti staff), Mr. Kanak Kanti Adak, (MSK school Head Teacher) and Mr. Genghis Khan (Haturiya 2 G.P.member).
