Shampa Rani Bera
Shampa Rani Bera is a class XI Science student of Kayla Para S.D. High School (H.S). She resides with her parents and elder sister at Kayla Para village, P.O- Haradhanpur, P.S- Sagar of South 24 Parganas district. Her father works on a daily payroll basis with an assignment that is completely contractual in nature and her mother is a homemaker. Though she belongs to a poor family, her parents are very supportive of her studies. Her parents sweated it out to financially support their two daughters in their studies. Her parents have never made them feel the pangs of poverty. But it has been difficult for her parents to bear the huge expenses of her higher studies. Shampa is a very aspiring student. She wants to pursue MBBS and become a responsible doctor. With an urge for learning more and to progress towards her dream, she applied to Mukti TSS for sponsorship.

Ranjana Maikap
Ranjana Maikap has been born in a very poor family, in a small village of Jagannath Chawk, P. S- Raidighi of South 24 Parganas district in WB. She is pursuing B.sc general, 3rd Sem from Dhruba Chand Halder College. She has 5 members in her family. Her father Mr. Rabin Maikap is a farmer and her mother Mrs. Maharani Maikap is a housewife. My father and brother are involved in farming and they are the only source of income. Her father and her elder brother somehow manage two square meals for the household. Her father supports her till higher secondary. But her parents can not afford to pay for her higher education.

Purnima Sahoo
Purnima Sahoo is a GNM 3rd year student pursuing her studies from Nursing Training School, Barasat of North 24 Parganas district. She lives with her parents, grandparents and younger brother in a remote village, Kumrapra of Jhargram district. Though she has born in a poor farmer family she dreams of getting successful in life through higher education. Her parents always encourage her to get an education and they have tried hard for it. Purnima’s brother is also preparing for JEE. In such a situation, it is not possible for his parents to pay for the education of their children.
Mr. Angshu Sett lends his helping hand to Purnima so that she can chase her dream.
She has conducted 2 days of counseling sessions for the poor students and their parents so that they do not drop out of school. Along with the counseling she has provided free coaching to 7 poor students (4 days a week).
Jagadhatri Maity
Jagadhatri Maity is pursuing BSC Nursing 2nd year from the College of Nursing, Asia heart foundation. She resides with her parents at Madhusudan chawk village under P. S – Raidighi of South 24 Parganas district. Her parents are Mr. Nimal Maity and Mrs. Kakali Maity. Her parents work really hard to up bring her. Uncertain and inadequate family income is unable to afford her education. Hence she needs a lump sum amount to complete her higher education. Being encouraged by her parents she applied to Mukti TSS for sponsorship.
Ms. Karpurika Raychaudhuri from Mukti Australia selects her for sponsorship. She and her parents thank Ms. Raychaudhury for her support.
