Mukti free medical health check-up camps had cured 9157 Yaas affected patients to date. The medical services that Mukti launched in June for 12 blocks of Sundarban, 12 blocks of Purba Medinipur, and 4 blocks of Paschim Medinipur, now had outstretched the facility for the marginalized tribal population of Jhargram district.
The medical Camps organized by Mukti in association with “Rural Health Care Foundation”, “Kolkata Gives” and “Sundarban Foundation”, can be considered as a life-saving program that aims to provide free medical services to poor communities living in rural areas by a mobile team with doctors, medical staffs and Mukti volunteers.
These free medical camps are set up with a sacred aim to bring awareness and provide completely free medical checkups amongst the deprived population and poor people who have no access to basic healthcare services or knowledge about the diseases they are suffering from. It also provides initial care to people in life-threatening conditions which reflects the unique strengths and goals of medical ethics.
Mukti medical camps are running their services by maintaining all the Covid protocol because Mukti believes that life is precious and by any means, it has to be protected.
