Mukti in association with “Rotary Club of Calcutta Metro South” is inviting applications for skill development training from the socially backward, less-literates, underprivileged adolescents and youth of Kultali and Jaynagar block, South 24 Parganas district. The training session will be conducted by “Rotary Vivekananda School and Skill Development Center”. The polyvalent scheme “Jan Shikshan Sansthan” under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Govt. of India, the training program is being supported by Narendrapur Ramkrishna Mission, Kolkata.
Women and men under 15 to 34 years of the age group of rural areas of Kultali and Jayanagar block, from deprived families, unemployed with less education will be trained on some subjects with a view to increasing their professional skills so that they get able to earn a living after receiving this training. The training will be provided on assistance dressmaker, helper of 2-3 wheel vehicles, beauty hair assistance, assistant oyender and fabricator, nanny, electrical technician, house wiring, hand embroidery, assistant computer operator, jam jelly processing and plumbing and sanitary works. The duration of the training program (subject basis) is 2.5 months to 3.5 months. A very nominal fee will be charged to the applicants.
