The aftermath of Covid has undeniably created a huge gap in the education sector that will take years to rebuild. This will have very serious implications on India’s prospect as a developed nation in the coming decades. The situation has created a serious consequence for the remote areas rural students than the urban students. Apart from Covid, due to the inaccessible geographical locations and limited schooling options available for students in their vicinity remote areas students are gradually falling behind. Moreover, there is a huge problem of dropout rates (nearly 40%).
Mukti is trying to create an effective early education ecosystem in the remote rural Sundarban region. Mukti has taken the approach of setting up more primary schools in remote locations. Mukti with “Let’s Do Some Good Foundation” and “Agomoni” has taken the responsibility of bringing the marginalized children under the wings of the learning hubs. Along with these continuous engagements, Mukti is training the Kishalaya school teachers with modern teaching techniques, thereby bringing sustainable change in the quality of early education delivery. Mukti is pitching into the gaps that exist in early education delivery in remote rural India. Mukti has a plan to set up regional Kishalaya schools in each rural zone of remotest Sundarban.
Mukti is thankful to “Let’s Do Some Good Foundation” and “Agomoni” for their spontaneous assistance in supporting Mukti to open 3 new Kishalaya schools for underprivileged children.
