Monthly Meeting and Training for Swastho Songini Members

The project “Swastho Songini” is a Kolkata Foundation initiative, developed in collaboration with Mukti and being implemented under the joint guidance of Mukti and Kolkata Foundation.

To decide the project’s next course of action, a monthly meeting and training session was held at Raidighi on 16th March 2023 for 24 Swastho Songini members. Dr. Kasturi Baksi (Mukti board member) and Mrs. Sonamon Basu (programme manager for Mukti Health projects) were present at the meeting.

The agenda of the meeting and training session were as follows:

Training on filling out survey forms
Discussion on dos and don’ts of field surveys and Android handling basics
Question answer session from the training manual given by Child in Need India (CINI)
Instructions for compiling a list of 100 families that the SwasthoSongini members will visit individually throughout the month

Dr.Baksi provided training for the health workers, and Mrs. Basu spoke to the women about their job responsibilities.
