Cultural Program to Spread Awareness On Various Social Issues

Mukti to promote the high value of humanity, brotherhood, peace, awareness and harmony amongst people through cultural development activities has organized several cultural programs for the attendees in the program. 13 participants including Mukti students, staff and volunteers participated in the cultural event. Dance, song, street play, puppet show has been performed by the performers. Each event highlights some of the other social awareness. The audiences watch the programs with great attention and realize the purport. Under the supervision of Mr. Animesh Bera and Ms. Subhra Rani Das, the cultural program has been performed.

At first, a group dance is performed on education. Susmita Bera, Samrat Gayen,  Jamuna Maity, Bharati Pradhan and Triyasa Prodhan have participated in the dance.

The dance is followed by a street play where Ms. Subhra Rani Das, Ms. Mamani Halder and Mr, Ajay Naskar take part. The play has been enacted on the struggle of a helpless woman whose husband has been working as a daily laborer. He loses his job in the lockdown period and the wife to bring prosperity back to the family joins the MCDF (Mukti Community Development Fund). Her efforts bring back happiness and peace to the family.

Then a puppet show has been held to protest against the oppression of women. Mr. Pradeep Sardar and his friend performed in the show.

Samrat Gayen performed Yoga dance.

Ms. Bani Bhattacharya and sing a song and Mr. Tarapodo Halder accompanied her with Tabla.

At last, another group dance has been performed by Susmita Bera, Samrat Gayen, Jamuna Maity, Bharati Pradhan and Triyasa Prodhan on the environment.

The audience applauds and congratulates the participants.
