Third Free Medical Camp at Bagnan

Recognizing the challenges of the underprivileged to access primary healthcare, Mukti and Geo Nutri Foods Pvt. Ltd. are continuing to organize free medical camps at Bagnan. 170 patients availed of the first two camps. The third camp was organized for women and children at Harop, Sk. Para ICDS Centre, Bagnan, Howrah on 25th March 2023. As before, the camp was organized under the CSR initiatives of Geo Nutri Foods Pvt Ltd. Ms. Sonamon Basu (the program manager for Mukti’s Health projects), and Mr. Bidyut Sanpui (Mukti project coordinator for Geo Nutri Foods Pvt. Ltd. projects) were present in this camp.

The camp started at 12:30 PM and continued till 4.30 PM. Most of the visitors had complaints related to their children suffering from colds, flu, fever, runny nose, conjunctivitis, whooping cough, etc. Adult visitors had complaints of lower back pain, joint pain, skin diseases, gastrointestinal problems, headache, metabolic disorders, and anaemia. Dr. Pankaj Kr. Mondal and his assistant Mrs. Arick Mary Nayak examined the patients with care and provided free medicines based on the diagnosis.
