Mukti Repaints the Roadside Trees of Model Village
There are approximately 5000 trees beside the 8 km stretch of the main road of Purba Sridharpur. As part of Mukti’s plantation and beautification drive in Purba Sridharpur model village, Mukti painted the bases of these trees in February 2021 and aims to do a fresh painting again before “Sankalpa Diwas” (1st January) 2023.
The work started on 8th December 2022. The base is a white limestone color up to four meters in height. The saffron, white and green tricolor is painted on this base. Two workers are engaged in painting and are working under the “Food for Work” scheme.
