Agomoni Sets Up Philanthropic Booth for Mukti’s Cause in Durga Puja 2022

Every year “Agomoni”, one of Mukti’s valued partners from San Ramon, California, USA, organizes Durga Puja. This year, to raise funds for their philanthropic outreach program through Mukti and to help the Agomoni Kishalaya School and Mukti Community Development Fund (MCDF) programs, they set up the Philanthropic stall at their Durga puja venue (San Ramon Central Park) from September 30th to October 2nd, 2022.

Around 15 enthusiastic volunteers, mostly high school students worked at the booth with happy enthusiasm. The volunteers in the stall explained Agomoni and Mukti’s vision and mission; they sold artworks created by Agomoni members and received donations.

The endeavors of Agomani have received great support from the community. More than 1000 people visited the stall and helped raise $ 1000 for Mukti’s initiatives.

Agomoni has thanked Mukti for giving them the opportunity to help the underprivileged community in West Bengal while being far away from their homeland.
