1. Project Coordinator(MUKTI Academy)

MUKTI’s aim with this project is to develop study materials following syllabus of WBBSE in Bengali in the digital platform for use of students and teachers associated with MUKTI Support Schools(MSS) in the Sundarbans and various parts of West Bengal.

Job requires overall coordination for development of digital repository through curating of the existing content and incorporating additional ones with support from subject experts and   volunteers within fixed time line.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Delegating tasks to volunteers and subject experts.
  • Monitoring and supervising tasks to ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Checking written content for accuracy and cogency, using the relevant software.
  • Checking PPT/videos before  inclusion  in the repository.
  • Maintaining quality across web platform in order to facilitate use among stake holders.
  • Act as Administrator for routine maintenance of service protocol and the member access.
  • Staying updated with new developments in digital technology and learning new content management systems.
  • Reporting to Supervisor on progress of work on regular basis.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in Editorial positions for websites
  • Experience in generating and editing online content
  • Experience working with similar kind of job is an advantage.
  • A thorough understanding of how a website functions
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms, SEO, and HTML
  • Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/Journalism, English, or a related field is preferred.

Remuneration: Rs.12000/- p.m.

Location: Kolkata

2. Yoga Instructor

Under our Education program, we recently launched a Value Education program with 300 Mukti Support School teachers. In this project, the Yoga training program is an integral part that is to be implemented among the teachers and the students.

Job Description – The appointed employee will be the lead of the Yoga training program and she/he will manage the whole program including –

  1. Module design
  2. Training
  3. Trainer Management
  4. Report writing
  5. Field monitoring
  6. Field visits
  7. Program assessment
  8. And other program-related works (as per the requirement)

Criteria – 1. Candidate must have a Master’s degree in physical education,

#PhD holder (in Yoga) will get the 1st preference

  1. Candidate must be a Govt certified Yoga trainer (only the Govt certificates will be accepted)
  2. Minimum of 2 years experience in training is required
