The project \u201cSwastho Songini\u201d is a Kolkata Foundation initiative, developed in collaboration with Mukti and being implemented under the joint guidance of Mukti and Kolkata Foundation. Child in Need India (CINI)<\/strong>, the training partner of the \u201cSwastho Songini\u201d project conducted an eight-day training program from 12th<\/sup> to 19th<\/sup> February 2023 at CINI State Training Center, Pailan. Mukti Health Program Manager Ms. Sonamon Basu, along with 24 women leaders of 5 blocks (Mathurapur I and II, Jaynagar, Kultali and Patharpratima), Mr. Barun Kumar Kayal (traditional healer)and Mr. Hironmoy Bhandari (project coordinator, assistant, and data entry operator for \u201cSwastho Songini\u201d), participated in the training program.<\/p>\n The training topics and schedule are described in the table below. The objective of this training was to create community health personnel who, after returning to their villages, can offer preventive & emergency medical services to the local population.<\/p>\n of women and children\u2019s health, safe motherhood and reproductive health, morbidity and mortality on women and child health and Safe Motherhood-Reproductive Health.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n The participants were found to be very confident and excited about taking good care of their neighborhoods. Their energy and excitement were commendable.<\/p>\n\n\n
