In these two central gardens of Mukti, 18 women are involved in this cutting work.<\/p>\n<p>Three types of herbaceous plants \u2013 <strong>Lantana \u2013 2000<\/strong> pieces, <strong>Salvia \u2013 2000<\/strong> pieces and <strong>Nayantara -5000<\/strong> pieces have been prepared through cutting for propagation.<\/p>\n<p>These plants are being propagated by following the easiest methods of taking stem cuttings. \u00a0At first 3 &#8220;-4&#8221; young stems are cut from a plant. Then the end of the stem is been ripping out little. Cutting powder is applied to the ripped part. The stems are then sown in a bed of sand or potting until they develop roots.
