Mukti Book Bank has started to distribute books to needy students for the session 2022-23. Mukti in association with \u201cAsha for Education\u201d has provided 5058 books<\/strong> to 1090 students<\/strong> through 30% and the MSS model.<\/p>\n

Mukti is thankful to \u201cAsha for Education\u201d for helping underprivileged students with books.<\/p>\n

30% model \u2013 This model has been designed for the students who come to buy books directly from Mukti Book Bank. Mukti takes 30% of the total value (print value) of those books from the student as a security deposit. The following year, if the students return those books intact and in equal number, they are reimbursed 50% of the deposit amount. This year Mukti has supported 270 students<\/strong> with 1298 books<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

MSS model- Through the MSS model, Mukti provides books to the students of MSS (Mukti support School) only. 15% of the total value of the books is taken as a security deposit from the students. This amount is refunded only if the students return the books intact and in equal number in the following year. This year 820 MSS students<\/strong> have been provided with 3760 books<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Mukti has introduced these two models to make the students careful and responsible towards the book. Mukti remissions the refundable amount if the books get damaged for any natural disaster or an accident without intentional cause.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
