The objective of the program is to uplift the rural population economically by imparting essential skills development training, thereby enabling local trades to grow and creating new opportunities for the natives of the region.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-42057 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost\/mukti-old\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-11-02-at-9.22.18-AM-300x225.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/p>\n<p>On 9<sup>th<\/sup> October counseling on electronics was done. 20 trainees are now learning to work on electronics.<\/p>\n<p>25 unemployed youth interested in doing plumbing work participated in the counseling session. \u00a0Mr. Madhusudhan Bairagi, Mr. Raguunath Bairagi, Mr. Dharma Raj Naskar from MUKTI along with the trainer Mr. Debkumar Mondal from Nagendrapur Ramkrishna Mission conduct the counseling sessions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>What the program offers:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>They will be taught all the details related to plumbing \u2013 theoretically and practically. Their class will start on 8<sup>th<\/sup> November 2021. There will be classes three days per week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) from 12 noon to 4 pm. It will take 36 days to complete the course and approximately 3 months.<\/li>\n<li>The course provides a vocational skills development training program at the doorstep of the beneficiaries with a minimum cost and infrastructure.<\/li>\n<li>The program does not only mean providing vocational skills but also includes solvation of the daily life leading normal problems which can help the beneficiary in day-to-day life.<\/li>\n<li>Provide training to a pool of resource persons and master trainers for conducting training.<\/li>\n<li>Administer simple tests and award certificates from the Government of India.<\/li>\n<li>Network with employers and industries for trainees to get suitable placement.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Observing their enthusiasm, MUKTI and Nagendrapur Ramakrishna Mission had selected all 25 of them for the training.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MUKTI in association with \u201cNagendrapur Ramkrishna Mission\u201d and supported by \u201cJan Shikshan Sansthan\u201d under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Govt. of India organized a counseling session on plumbing on 1st November 2021 Monday at Uttar Kankandighi\u00a0 MSS (Mukti Support School).
