In April and May 2021 (till May 27) of the second wave alone, excess deaths were recorded because of the inability or the lack of access to oxygen concentrators that were diverted to cater to the pandemic.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-41401 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost\/mukti-old\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-06-10-at-5.14.00-PM-225x300.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In this hour of need \u201cUnited Way Mumbai\u201d supported Mukti with 15 oxygen concentrators which bring the promise of saving thousands of lives battling the deadly disease. Mukti without wasting a little time allocated the devices to the needy and serious Covid patients through the HelloBeta portal as per the patients\u2019 requirements.<\/p>\n<p>The concentrators were deployed to the patients of Jubilee Park, Bhowanipur, Behala Parnashree Pally, Sisir Bhaduri Sarani, Ghuri, APC Road, and Shakespear Sarani of Kolkata.<\/p>\n<p>We are immensely grateful to \u201cUnited Way Mumbai\u201d for helping us to save 9 critical lives.
