Due to heavy rain and the Covid-19 surge some of the programs encountered difficulties. Still, with the relentless efforts of the Mukti Volunteers and our supporters Mukti reached at the remotest areas of Sundarban to help the needy in need.<\/p>\n<p>We are thankful to our supported partners \u201cAsha for Education\u201d, RHCF,\u201d Kolkata Foundation\u201d, \u201cKolkata Gives\u201d, \u201cOAK Foundation\u201d and ASFHM, without whom we will not be able to serve the deprived.<\/p>\n<p>Some of the relief programs are still ongoing-<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-41059 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost\/mukti-old\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-06-10-at-7.42.57-PM-1-300x135.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"135\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dry ration support<\/strong> \u2013 Mukti helped <strong>101 families<\/strong> with dry ratio kit of Maynapara village under Swami Vivekananda Gram Panchayat and Kakdwip Block.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Milk and Biscuit support<\/strong> \u2013 <strong>20 children<\/strong> of Rabindra Gram Panchayat under Kakdwip Block received <strong>40 milk packets<\/strong> and <strong>40 biscuit packets<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dewatering support<\/strong> \u2013 <strong>12 ponds<\/strong> of Herembogopalpur Gram Panchayat were purified by Mukti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Potable Water support<\/strong> \u2013 Mukti provided potable water to <strong>250 families<\/strong> of Kuemuri village under Patharpratima Block.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; From the last week of May, 2021 Mukti has launched several relief programs for the well being of the Yaas affected communities throughout Sundarban and Purba Medinipur.
