Mukti helped to save the lives of approximately 4000 cattle<\/strong> of 1942 cattle owners\u2019<\/strong> in13 blocks<\/strong> of Sundarban and Purba Medinipure by providing them 48,550 Kg. animal fodder<\/strong> in the last two weeks.<\/p>\n

Floodwater has destroyed stockpiles of animal feed, washed away grassland and damaged animal shelters. The Yaas affected villagers are still struggling to cope up with life. Hard time has forced them to think for themselves first. They are not able to arrange feed for their cattle. The death of their livestock due to lack of feed has become a major issue for them.<\/p>\n

Mukti in association with \u201cKolkata Gives\u201d to overcome the situation has initiated the cattle feed drive in the Yaas affected areas. Each of the beneficiaries was provided 25 Kg cattle feed for their livestock.<\/p>\n

The cattle owners thanked Mukti for saving the life of their livestock as animal husbandry is the only occupation of most of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
