Trimming<\/strong> – To keep the hedges neat and tidy, and also stimulates bud production near the plants’ edges, Mukti appointed workers using hand-held pruners with long scissor-like blades to take off branch tips. Proper pruning will allow some sunlight to get in and enables to cut back shrubs so they don’t get too big.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The trimming work started from 14th<\/sup> May and it will complete in 5-7 days. This is the perfect time for trimming. The process will keep the hedges green and healthy all through the year.<\/p>\n

    1. Using Vermicompost<\/strong> – Vermicompost has a profound effect on plants. It boosts the nutrients available to plants, helping seeds to germinate more quickly, grow faster, develop better root systems and produce higher yields. That means more flowers or fresh fruits and vegetables.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      For the roadside hedges of Mukti Gram, Mukti is using 100 Kg. vermicompost.<\/p>\n
