At this very first stage Mukti has selected 4 ponds of Mukti village within which 2 are located at Mukti Library garden and 2 are from Mukti SAM office premises.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mukti bought 50 Lotus plants from Patharpratima Block. The flowers they will produce all will be pink in color. After 1 year these plants will grow in their quadruple, which means these 50 plants will produce 200 more. In future these Lotus buds will be distributed to the villagers.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The objectives are:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Conservation of this rare species of pink Lotus.<\/li>\n<li>Create a good business opportunity as this flower has a great demand in Pujas and decorations.
