People from DRCSC have organized this training.<\/p>\n<p>Almost 22 participants were present in the training on each day. They were the OAK project staffs of Mukti and Project Coordinators of the other existing projects along with\u00a0the women leaders from the MCDF groups.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-39720 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost\/mukti-old\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/32-225x300.jpeg\" alt=\"32\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The training process contributed on the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tapping the natural, physical, financial and human sources for the village development<\/li>\n<li>Enhancing understanding about the social issues like human trafficking, unsafe or forced migration, early child or forced marriage, education, gender based discrimination and violence.<\/li>\n<li>Enhancing orientation about the village problems such as sanitation, drinking water sources, electricity, transport etc. for the village development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Identifying vulnerable household vis-\u00e0-vis the vulnerability factors.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Designing suitable solutions to the specific problems of the village and individual households.<\/li>\n<li>Increasing unity among different types of community people in the village<\/li>\n<li>Developing the village through people\u2019s participation<\/li>\n<li>Developing a shared vision and plan for the development of the village<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-39721 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost\/mukti-old\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/31-225x300.jpeg\" alt=\"31\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Participants had learnt about the various tools like the social, resource, Hazard, Climate hazard trend, social mobility, seasonal scarcity, and seasonal calendar and\u00a0Venn diagrams.<\/p>\n<p>The participants were able to analyse the social, economic, vulnerable and power factors which would help them in the Village Development plan.<\/p>\n<p>The training received a very positive feedback from the participants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">[gdlr_button href=&#8221;http:\/\/localhost\/mukti-old\/product\/donate-amphan&#8221; target=&#8221;_self&#8221; size=&#8221;medium&#8221; background= &#8220;#FF0000&#8243; color=&#8221;#ffffff&#8221;] Donate Now!
